Podnosim formalnu žalbu u vezi sa značajnim kašnjenjem u isplati sredstava. Prošlo je 7 dana otkako sam zatražio isplatu od 1100 PLN.
Uprkos zvaničnom vremenskom okviru obrade kazina od 72 sata, moja sredstva su i dalje „Na čekanju". Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku uživo, ali stalno dobijam iste skriptovane odgovore o „velikom broju zahteva" i da je proces u „završnoj fazi".
Agenti za podršku odbijaju da daju bilo kakav konkretan vremenski okvir i čak su naglo prekidali sesije ćaskanja kada sam insistirao na detaljima. Nisu traženi dokumenti za verifikaciju (KYC) sa moje strane, tako da nema razloga za ovo kašnjenje.
Molim za pomoć oko isplate mog dobitka, jer kazino očigledno krši sopstvene uslove i odredbe. Imam sve zapise ćaskanja i snimke ekrana koji potkrepljuju moju tvrdnju.

Despite the casino's official 72-hour processing timeframe, my funds are still "Pending". I have contacted live support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same scripted responses about "high volume of requests" and the process being in its "final stage."
The support agents refuse to provide any specific timeframe and have even abruptly ended chat sessions when I pressed for details. No verification (KYC) documents have been requested from my side, so there are no grounds for this delay.
I request assistance in getting my winnings paid out, as the casino is clearly breaching its own terms and conditions. I have all chat logs and screenshots to support my claim.
