- Imaju imejl adresu za žalbe, da li treba prvo sam da podnesem žalbu? Iskreno mislim da im nije dovoljno stalo da me shvate ozbiljno, verovatno je to samo još jedna taktika odugovlačenja.

2. april - KYC verifikovan
14. april - primio sam 2 isplate od 1200 dolara i 750 dolara
16. april - primljeno je 1 povlačenje od 1200 dolara
5. maj - 9. maj - degradirali su me sa nivoa 3 na nivo 1, a pošto ne uplaćujem depozite, zašto bih uplaćivao depozite kada me ne isplaćuju dosledno. Par dana sam se mučio objašnjavajući da ću igrati ako mogu da izgrade poverenje i da me dosledno plaćaju.
9. maj - Poslao sam imejl svom VIP domaćinu sa pitanjem zašto, ali sam dobio imejl od podrške u kojem se navodi da „Trenutno imamo veliki broj transakcija, što je izazvalo blago usporavanje u našem finansijskom odeljenju".
14. maj - poslao sam još jedan imejl VIP domaćinu sa još većom frustracijom i razočarenjem i dobio ovaj imejl od tima za podršku, a ne od VIP domaćina. Ona me je napustila, što je zanimljivo jer sam zapravo razgovarao sa predstavnikom telefonom.

thank you for your ongoing advice and responsiveness. I feel you are actually trying to help me and this give me hope. This has been a very terrible experience and i just want it to be over with. I totally understand you cant dictate the withdrawal rules but i do have some more questions.
- their terms and conditions talk about having 3rd parties interact with them, my worry is if you engage on my behalf. Can they lock my account or have reasons to not pay out?

- they have a complain email address, should i raise a complaint myself first? I honestly dont think they care enough to take me seriously, probably just another delay tactic.
As for the recent timeline here is what has happened,
april 2- kyc verified
april 14- received 2 withdraws of $1200 and $750
april 16- received 1 withdrawal of $1200
May 5- may 9th - demoted me from level 3 to level 1 and because im not making any deposits. Why would i make deposits when they wont pay me out consistently. went back and forth for a couple days explaining that i would play if they could build some trust and pay me consistently.
May 9th - Emailed my vip host why but got an email from support that they "We are currently experiencing a high volume of transactions, which has caused a slight slowdown in our Finance Department."
may 14- sent another email to the vip host with more frustration and disappointment and received this email From the support team not the vip host. She has abandoned me which is interesting because i actually talked to a representative on the phone.
