I requested my withdrawal on 20.7, the customer service representative replied on 24th that there was no problem with the withdrawal. However, the withdrawal was canceled by the casino on the same day that I made the withdrawal again. This page shows a very similar way of operating at that casino in the complaints. Too bad I didn't save the first withdrawal on the 20th (I have received my previous winnings in my account quite normally earlier in July). I definitely don't recommend this casino to anyone.

Customer service keeps saying they can't get in touch with the "withdrawals team". Customer service has provided an email address where you can contact them. The reality is, however, that you get exactly the same rambling answers, nothing concrete though.

The problem is that the casino is not accepting/checking my withdrawal, and there is no reason for it. I have made a withdrawal 20 days ago, the withdrawal is still being processed. Yes, it has already been 14 days since my withdrawal request.
