Sva sam ih poslao/la preko veb stranice i putem imejla. Nikada nisam dobio/la odgovor putem imejla od kompanije. U pokušaju da potvrdim svoju imejl adresu i sa veb stranice, nikada nisam uspeo/la da dobijem potvrde putem imejla u komunikaciji sa njihovim ćaskanjem uživo. Rekao/la sam da ne primam imejlove niti potvrđujem imejl, ali takođe nisam dobio/la odgovore od vas. Zato se svakodnevno uključujem u ćaskanje uživo ako im je potreban neki od gore navedenih dokumenata. Sve sam proverio/la jer ne primam imejlove od kompanije. Uključili su me u proces. da pošaljem 4 puta od 12.5.2025. moj identitet na veb stranici, poslao sam još 4 puta imejlom svoje podatke, svoj identitet, pa čak i selfi kako bi mogli da potvrde da sam vlasnik, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor, njihov odgovor sve ovo vreme 1 mesec je da ću biti obavešten imejlom i da su primili moja dokumenta, što se ne dešava, nikada ne dobijam nikakvo ažuriranje, danas sam im poslao imejl sa drugog mog novog imejla kako bih mogao da zamenim stari jer u stvari može postojati neki problem sa moje strane pa sam im ponovo poslao svoje podatke, fotografije za identifikaciju i promenu imejla, ali još uvek nisam dobio odgovor, dostavio sam dokumenta koja su tražili 4 ili 5 puta svaki, ono što me impresionira je da su sledećeg dana nakon što sam pobedio blokirali moje isplate bez razloga, a njihov odgovor u ćaskanju uživo je da su to uradili iz nadležnog odeljenja i da pošalju imejl, poslao sam imejl bez ikakvog odgovora, ne znam šta drugo da uradim, na raspolaganju sam im da pošalju bilo koji dokument, ali ne dobijam imejl sa pokušajem promene Moj imejl za dobijanje odgovora je užasan, prošao je mesec dana a da nisam ni uradio identifikaciju, a oni mi nisu uplatili novac, a blokirali su mi isplate, molim vas pomozite.
