Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa ESBALL-om jer je moja isplata odbijena nakon 7 dana pregleda, a moj nalog je zatvoren bez jasnog objašnjenja koje pravilo sam navodno prekršio.
Pridružio sam se ESBALL-u nakon što mi je prijatelj preporučio platformu. Pre registracije, proverio sam informacije na mreži i video da se ESBALL promoviše kao dugogodišnji brend sa jakom reputacijom. Na osnovu toga, odlučio sam da uplatim novac i igram tamo.
Ovog meseca, pre nego što sam igrao na ESBALL-u, već sam izgubio više od 100.000 juana na sličnim lutrijskim igrama na drugim platformama. Imam snimke ekrana koji dokazuju te gubitke. Nisam pokušavao da iskoristim ili zloupotrebim platformu. Jednostavno sam želeo da okušam sreću na drugoj platformi.

Kasnije sam uplatio još oko 30.000 juana. Nastavio sam da igram istu igru, CC Group Bingo Mark Six, sa istim stilom klađenja. Veličina moje opklade je bila oko 3.000 juana po opkladi, a ostvario sam promet od preko 200.000 juana. Moj saldo je kasnije dostigao oko 60.000 juana.
Pošto sam ovog meseca već izgubio više od 100.000 juana na sličnim lutrijskim igrama, a ranije sam gubio novac i na ESBALL-u, želeo sam da podignem samo deo svog stanja kako bih nadoknadio deo svojih gubitaka.
Nakon što sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje sredstava, moj nalog je stavljen na pregled. Pregled je trajao oko 7 dana. Tokom ovog perioda, nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao korisničku službu, ali su mi samo rekli da sačekam i da je slučaj podnet nadležnom odeljenju.
Posle 7 dana, moj račun je zatvoren, a moja isplata nije isplaćena.
Najvažnije je to što ESBOL nikada nije jasno objasnio šta sam pogrešno uradio. Više puta sam ih tražio da objasne:
Koje konkretno pravilo sam prekršio/la?
Koja konkretna opklada je smatrana problematičnom?
Koji dokazi potkrepljuju njihovu odluku?
Zašto je sve bilo normalno dok sam uplaćivao/la depozit, igrao/la i gubio/la, ali mi je račun zatvoren tek nakon što sam zatražio/la isplatu?
Ako tvrde da sam prekršio njihova pravila, zašto nisu pružili tačno pravilo i dokaze?
Do sada, ESBALL nije pružio jasno objašnjenje niti bilo kakav konkretan dokaz.
Verujem da ako kazino odluči da odbije isplatu i zatvori igračev račun nakon što je igrač uplatio novac, igrao normalno i ostvario veliki promet, kazino treba da pruži jasan i konkretan razlog.

Tačno pravilo za koje tvrde da sam ga prekršio.
Konkretni zapisi o klađenju koje smatraju problematičnim.
Dokazi koji potkrepljuju njihovu odluku.

Isplata mog legitimnog preostalog iznosa ako se ne može dokazati jasan prekršaj.
Pripremio sam snimke ekrana mojih depozita, evidencije klađenja, prometa, stanja, zahteva za povlačenje, poruka sa pregledom, zatvaranja računa, razgovora sa korisničkom službom i snimke ekrana koji pokazuju da sam već izgubio više od 100.000 CNY na sličnim lutrijskim igrama na drugim platformama ovog meseca.

I am submitting this complaint regarding ESBALL because my withdrawal was declined after 7 days of review, and my account was closed without any clear explanation of which rule I allegedly violated.
I joined ESBALL after a friend recommended the platform to me. Before registering, I also checked information online and saw that ESBALL was promoted as a long-running brand with a strong reputation. Based on that, I decided to deposit and play there.
This month, before playing at ESBALL, I had already lost more than 100,000 CNY on similar lottery games on other platforms. I have screenshots to prove those losses. I was not trying to exploit or abuse the platform. I simply wanted to try my luck on another platform.
At ESBALL, I mainly played CC Group Bingo Mark Six. My betting style was very simple: I mainly bet on one zodiac selection. I did not use multiple accounts, did not use any software, did not operate as a team, and did not use any automated tools.

After 7 days, my account was closed, and my withdrawal was not paid.
The most important issue is that ESBALL never clearly explained what I did wrong. I repeatedly asked them to explain:
Which specific rule did I violate?
Which specific bet was considered problematic?
What evidence supports their decision?
Why was everything normal while I was depositing, playing, and losing, but my account was closed only after I requested a withdrawal?
If they claim I violated their rules, why have they not provided the exact rule and evidence?
So far, ESBALL has not provided a clear explanation or any specific evidence.
I believe that if a casino decides to refuse a withdrawal and close a player’s account after the player has deposited money, played normally, and generated large turnover, the casino should provide a clear and specific reason.
I am asking ESBALL to provide:
The exact rule they claim I violated.
The specific betting records they consider problematic.
The evidence supporting their decision.
A fair review of my withdrawal.
Payment of my legitimate balance if no clear violation can be proven.
I have prepared screenshots of my deposits, betting records, turnover, balance, withdrawal request, review messages, account closure, customer service conversations, and screenshots showing that I had already lost more than 100,000 CNY on similar lottery games on other platforms this month.
