Podnosim ovu žalbu jer je moje povlačenje čekalo više od 35 dana i još uvek nije obrađeno.
Pre nego što sam zatražio povlačenje sredstava, već sam podneo svu potrebnu dokumentaciju, a moj nalog je bio u potpunosti verifikovan i odobren. Stoga, nije bilo preostalih zahteva za verifikaciju u vreme kada je zatraženo povlačenje.
Kazino je naveo da je rok za povlačenje sredstava 7–21 dan. Moj zahtev je značajno premašio ovaj period, ali još uvek nisam primio svoja sredstva.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku. Više puta mi je rečeno da finansijsko odeljenje razmatra moju isplatu i da treba da sačekam. Istovremeno, obavešten sam da ako su podaci o mom nalogu tačni i ako sam pratio Uslove i odredbe, onda je sve „na pravom putu", što potvrđuje da nema problema sa mojim nalogom.
Uprkos tome, nije izvršena nikakva uplata i nije dat jasan vremenski okvir. Podrška je takođe potvrdila da nisu u mogućnosti da utiču na proces ili ga ubrzaju i ne mogu dati nikakvu procenu završetka.

The casino’s stated withdrawal timeframe is 7–21 days. My request has significantly exceeded this period, yet I have not received my funds.

Despite this, no payment has been made and no clear timeframe has been provided. Support has also confirmed that they are unable to influence or expedite the process and cannot give any estimate for completion.

- The withdrawal is far beyond the stated processing timeframe
- No issues or restrictions have been communicated
- No resolution or timeline has been provided
I am simply requesting that my withdrawal be processed and paid without any further delay.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to intervene and assist in ensuring that my withdrawal is completed as soon as possible.
