Nikada nisu tražili kyc na veb-sajtu niti na WhatsApp-u, niti su tražili kyc za isplatu. Direktno su mi zaključali nalog i nisu tražili kyc.
Da, kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku ceo dan i pokušao sam sve da uradim, pa sam ih kontaktirao na WhatsApp-u, neki su me blokirali, neki su rekli da ne može da se otvori i nisu naveli nikakav razlog, takođe sam ga upozorio da im se žali na telefon, a onda su mi rekli da urade šta god mogu, ukratko, ne žele da plate niti da daju razlog zašto ne žele da isplate.

Hello,thanks for your reply so I didn’t played any other game then baccarat,high low,roulette of evolution provider only.
They never asked for kyc on website nor in whatsapp and nor they asked for kyc for withdrawal.They directly locked my account and didn’t asked for kyc.
yes i did contacted customer support whole day and tried to do everything so i contacted them on WhatsApp ,some blocked me, some said it can’t be opened and didn’t provided any reason ,i also warned him about complaining them in cyber cell then they said do whatever means inshort they dont want to pay nor give reason to why not to give payout.
please help me.
