Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu u vezi sa ograničenjem mog naloga i zadržavanjem mojih dobitaka u FS Casino-u.
Moj račun je iznenada blokiran ubrzo nakon što sam zatražio isplatu dobitka od približno 1800 evra.
U potpunosti razumem i poštujem bezbednosne procedure i politiku protiv prevara kazina. Međutim, smatram da je situacija nepravedno protumačena i bez odgovarajućeg razmatranja stvarnih okolnosti.
Izgleda da je problem povezan sa drugim nalogom povezanim preko deljene IP adrese/uređaja/geolokacionih podataka.
Povezani nalog pripada mojoj devojci, koja je zasebna stvarna osoba i legitimni vlasnik tog naloga.
Nalog je registrovan i verifikovan koristeći njene sopstvene:
1) Lična dokumenta,
2) Adresa e-pošte,
3) Broj telefona,
4) I detalji plaćanja.
Živimo zajedno, što može objasniti sličnosti u IP adresama i podacima o geolokaciji.
Takođe je spremna da izvrši sve dodatne korake verifikacije ako je potrebno, uključujući verifikaciju selfija i verifikaciju bankovne kartice, kako bi dodatno potvrdila svoj identitet i vlasništvo nad nalogom.
Takođe bih želeo da razjasnim sledeće:
1) Nikada nisu dobijeni nikakvi dobici niti zahtevi za povlačenje sredstava sa povezanog računa,
2) Nije došlo do zloupotrebe bonusa,
3) Povezani nalog nije aktivno korišćen duže vreme,
4) Nisam koristio niti upravljao tim nalogom kao svojim ličnim nalogom,
4) I moji trenutni dobici su potpuno nepovezani sa tim nalogom ili bilo kojom bonus aktivnošću.
Moj nalog je već bio pregledan i verifikovan od strane kazina, a depoziti su kontinuirano prihvatani tokom dužeg vremenskog perioda bez ikakvih problema.
Verujem da je važno napomenuti da nisu pokrenuta nikakva ograničenja ili zabrinutosti dok su se depoziti vršili i igra je trajala duže vreme. Ograničenje je nastalo tek nakon što sam uspešno pobedio i zatražio veću isplatu.
U potpunosti sam sarađivao sa kazinom i ostajem spreman da pružim sve dodatne informacije ili verifikaciju ako je potrebno.
S poštovanjem verujem da bi oduzimanje dobitaka u ovoj situaciji bilo nepravedno i nesrazmerno, posebno imajući u vidu:
1) Postojanje dve stvarne verifikovane osobe,
2) Odsustvo zloupotrebe bonusa,
3) Odsustvo lažnih dobitaka,
4) Dug period tokom kojeg je kazino prihvatao depozite i igrao bez problema,
5) I činjenica da je ograničenje nastupilo tek nakon uspešnog zahteva za povlačenje.
Pokušao/la sam da rešim ovo pitanje direktno i sa poštovanjem sa kazinom pre nego što sam podneo/la ovu žalbu.
Ljubazno molim za nezavisnu reviziju ovog slučaja i pomoć u postizanju pravičnog rešenja u vezi sa mojim dobicima i statusom naloga.
Takođe sam napravio pauzu od 14 dana u odeljku za odgovorno igranje u FS kazinu, bio sam banovan odmah nakon zahteva za povlačenje.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the restriction of my account and the withholding of my winnings at FS Casino.
My account was suddenly restricted shortly after I requested a withdrawal of winnings of approximately 1800 EUR.
I fully understand and respect the casino’s security procedures and anti-fraud policies. However, I believe the situation has been interpreted unfairly and without proper consideration of the actual circumstances.
The issue appears to be related to another account connected through shared IP/device/geolocation data.
The related account belongs to my girlfriend, who is a separate real individual and the legitimate owner of that account.
The account was registered and verified using her own:
1) Identity documents,
2) Email address,
3) Phone number,
4) And payment details.
We live together, which may explain similarities in IP address and geolocation data.
She is also willing to complete any additional verification steps if necessary, including selfie verification and bank card verification, to further confirm her identity and ownership of the account.
I would also like to clarify the following:
1) No winnings or any withdrawal requests were ever obtained from the related account,
2) No bonus abuse occurred,
3) The related account has not been actively used for a long time,
4) I was not using or operating that account as my own personal account,
4) And my current winnings are completely unrelated to that account or to any bonus activity.
My own account had already been reviewed and verified previously by the casino, and deposits were continuously accepted for a long period of time without any issue being raised.
I believe it is important to note that no restrictions or concerns were raised while deposits were being made and gameplay was ongoing over a long period of time. The restriction only occurred after I successfully won and requested a larger withdrawal.
I have fully cooperated with the casino and remain willing to provide any additional information or verification if required.
I respectfully believe that confiscating winnings in this situation would be unfair and disproportionate, especially considering:
1) The existence of two real verified individuals,
2) The absence of bonus abuse,
3) The absence of fraudulent winnings,
4) The long period during which the casino accepted deposits and gameplay without issue,
5) And the fact that the restriction occurred only after a successful withdrawal request.
I attempted to resolve this matter directly and respectfully with the casino before submitting this complaint.
I kindly request an independent review of this case and assistance in reaching a fair resolution regarding my winnings and account status.
Also I had made an cool off time for 14 days at FS Casino Responsible Gaming section, I was banned directly after withdrawal request.
