Pre skoro 8 nedelja sam osvojio oko 3.000 evra na Gambiva kazinu i od tada nisam dobio nikakav smislen odgovor u vezi sa zatvaranjem mog naloga i zadržavanjem dobitaka. Da biste u potpunosti razumeli šta mislim, možete pogledati priložene slike.
Evo šta se desilo:
- Uložio sam 125 evra i izgubio ih.
- Zatim sam uplatio još 125 evra.
- Iskoristio sam bonus koji je došao uz depozit i nastavio da igram nakon toga sa onim što sam verovao da je pravi balans (bukvalno sam jednom iskoristio bonus, izgubio, kako bih mogao da igram sa pravim novcem, ne verujem u bonuse)
- Za otprilike 3 dana, uspeo sam da povećam svoj saldo na oko 3.000 evra.
Posle ovoga:
- U potpunosti sam završio KYC verifikaciju (pasoš, verifikacija banke itd.).
- Moju verifikaciju je odobrio kazino.
- Zatražio sam povlačenje novca, poštujući njihova navedena ograničenja (1.000 evra dnevno / 2.000 evra nedeljno).
- Nakon što sam čekao oko nedelju dana bez ikakvih novosti, dobio sam imejl u kojem je navedeno da je moj nalog suspendovan. Nije dato nikakvo detaljno objašnjenje ili dokaz. Kazino mi je vratio depozite (ukupno 250 evra), ali je konfiskovao preostali iznos i potpuno prestao da odgovara na moje imejlove.
Kasnije sam otkrio da je možda postojalo pravilo maksimalne opklade povezano sa uslovima bonusa. Međutim:
- kazino je dozvolio da se sve opklade postavljaju,
- nije prikazano nikakvo upozorenje,
- Moj nalog je nakon toga u potpunosti verifikovan i odobren,
- i nikada nije dato transparentno objašnjenje pre nego što mi je trajno suspendovan nalog.
Razumem da kazina imaju uslove i odredbe, ali potpuno zadržavanje dobitaka i ignorisanje dalje komunikacije deluje izuzetno nepravedno i neprofesionalno.
Ja jednostavno tražim:
- transparentno objašnjenje,
- dokazi o navodnom kršenju,
- i pravednu reviziju slučaja.
Ako neko ima savet ili iskustvo sa Gambiva / Fortunato LLC Limitada, bio bih mu veoma zahvalan.

Hi,
Nearly 8 weeks ago I won around €3,000 on Gambiva Casino, and since then I have been unable to receive any meaningful response regarding my account closure and withheld winnings. To fully show you what I mean, you can look at the attached images.
Here is what happened:
- I deposited €125 and lost it.
- I then made another €125 deposit.
- I used the bonus that came with the deposit and continued playing afterwards with what I believed to be real balance funds (I literally one shot the bonus, lost, so I could play with real money, do not believe in bonusses)
- Over approximately 3 days, I managed to grow my balance to around €3,000.
After this:
- I fully completed KYC verification (passport, bank verification, etc.).
- My verification was approved by the casino.
- I requested a withdrawal, following their stated limits (€1,000 per day / €2,000 per week).
- After waiting about a week without updates, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended. No detailed explanation or evidence was provided. The casino refunded my deposits (€250 total), but confiscated the remaining balance and stopped responding to my emails entirely.
I later discovered there may have been a max-bet rule connected to the bonus terms. However:
- the casino allowed all wagers to be placed,
- no warning was shown,
- my account was fully verified and approved afterwards,
- and no transparent explanation was ever provided before permanently suspending my account.
I understand casinos have terms and conditions, but completely withholding winnings and ignoring further communication feels extremely unfair and unprofessional.
I am simply looking for:
- a transparent explanation,
- evidence of the alleged violation,
- and a fair review of the case.
If anyone has advice or experience with Gambiva / Fortunato LLC Limitada, I would greatly appreciate it.
