We would like to note that we are truly sorry that the user had a negative experience with our platform. At the same time, we genuinely care about the experience of every customer and are committed to resolving all matters in a transparent manner.
We emphasize that we have no interest in artificially withholding funds or in refusing to pay out users’ winnings. Indeed, several of the user’s transactions were automatically canceled due to technical reasons, about which the user was informed by our support team, along with a recommendation to change the payment method.
Nevertheless, the majority of the users’ withdrawals had previously been successfully processed for different amounts, so there is no reason for concern.
At this time, the user has created two new withdrawal requests, and we are awaiting their prompt processing. Please note that each transaction may require an individual processing time due to technical factors and security verifications.
