Situacija je delimično rešena, ali je i dalje u toku. Do sada sam primio 500 evra od ukupno 900 evra (dve uplate od po 250 evra). Međutim, 400 evra je još uvek na čekanju i kazino je prestao da komunicira.
Uprkos njihovom javnom priznanju na Trustpilot-u da „nema problema, ograničenja ili negativnih zastavica" na mom nalogu, i njihovom agentu za podršku Henriju koji je izjavio da su sredstva „spremna za transfer" od 1. marta, preostali iznos se i dalje zadržava bez valjanog razloga.
Dostavio sam sve dokaze kazinu, ali oni sada ćute. Molim Kazino Guru da ovu žalbu drži aktivnom dok se ne isplati puni iznos.

The situation is partially resolved but still ongoing. So far, I have received 500 EUR out of the 900 EUR total (two payments of 250 EUR each). However, 400 EUR are still pending and the casino has stopped communicating.
Despite their public admission on Trustpilot that 'there are no issues, restrictions, or negative flags' on my account, and their support agent Henry stating that the funds were 'prepared for transfer' as of March 1st, the remaining balance is still being withheld without a valid reason.
I have provided all the evidence to the casino, but they are now remaining silent. I request Casino Guru to keep this complaint active until the full amount is paid
