Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv GG.BET u vezi sa trajnim zatvaranjem mog naloga i oduzimanjem preostalog stanja na računu.
Nakon što sam kontaktirao kazino da razjasnim razlog blokiranja mog naloga, dobio sam odgovor u kojem se navodi da je moj nalog trajno blokiran zbog kršenja njihovih Uslova i odredbi, tačnije paragrafa 5.5.1 i 10.2.
Prema rečima kazina, ova odluka je doneta na osnovu njihovih internih sistema za detekciju. Međutim, odbili su da dostave bilo kakve konkretne dokaze, podatke ili tehničke detalje, navodeći da se takve informacije ne mogu otkriti iz bezbednosnih razloga.
Štaviše, obavestili su me da:
Moj nalog je trajno zatvoren bez mogućnosti ponovnog aktiviranja
Moj preostali iznos je u potpunosti konfiskovan
Njihova odluka je konačna i ne podleže daljem preispitivanju ili žalbi
Snažno se ne slažem sa ovom odlukom i želeo bih da naglasim sledeće:
Koristio/la sam samo jedan nalog na ovoj platformi
Nisam se bavio nikakvom aktivnošću koja ima za cilj zloupotrebu usluga, bonusa ili igara kazina
Kazino nije pružio nikakve konkretne dokaze koji potkrepljuju njihove optužbe
Odbijanje kazina da pruži bilo kakav proverljiv dokaz onemogućava mi da se pravilno branim od ovih optužbi. Samo pozivanje na opšte Uslove i odredbe bez objašnjenja kako su tačno prekršeni nije dovoljno opravdanje za oduzimanje mojih sredstava.
Pored toga, nedostatak transparentnosti i izjava da je odluka „konačna" bez ikakve mogućnosti preispitivanja izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa pravičnošću i zaštitom igrača.

After contacting the casino to clarify the reason for my account block, I received a response stating that my account was permanently blocked due to violations of their Terms and Conditions, specifically Paragraphs 5.5.1 and 10.2.
According to the casino, this decision was made based on their internal detection systems. However, they refused to provide any specific evidence, data points, or technical details, stating that such information cannot be disclosed for security reasons.
Furthermore, they informed me that:
My account has been permanently closed with no possibility of reinstatement
My remaining balance has been fully confiscated
Their decision is final and not subject to any further review or appeal
I strongly disagree with this decision and would like to emphasize the following:
I have only ever used one account on this platform
I have not engaged in any activity intended to abuse the casino’s services, bonuses, or games
The casino has failed to provide any concrete evidence supporting their accusations
The casino’s refusal to provide any verifiable proof makes it impossible for me to properly defend myself against these allegations. Simply referring to general Terms and Conditions without explaining how exactly they were violated is not sufficient justification for confiscating my funds.
Additionally, the lack of transparency and the statement that the decision is "final" without any possibility of review raises serious concerns about fairness and player protection.
