6. februara sam zatražio isplatu 171€ sa GG.bet i za par minuta sam dobio imejl da je moja isplata odbijena, a kada sam pokušao da se prijavim na svoj nalog, nisam mogao. Onda sam saznao da mi je nalog zatvoren.
Optužena sam da imam više naloga, što nije slučaj. Kažu da je neko napravio 7 naloga sa mog telefona i sa mojim ličnim podacima. Pokušala sam da im kažem da sam, ako je to slučaj, žrtva digitalnog zlostavljanja.
Pitao sam ih da li mogu da mi pokažu informacije o računima i da li su zaista napravljeni sa mog telefona ili možda čak i datume kada su računi napravljeni, jer sam zaista želeo da dođem do suštine ovoga.
U poslednjoj poruci je pisalo da je odluka konačna i da se o njoj neće raspravljati.
Ako su vam potrebni neki imejl razgovori, mogu vam ih poslati.
Samo želim svoj novac i, iskreno, način na koji rešavaju ove slučajeve je kao da mogu nekoga optužiti za nešto i odbiti da daju bilo kakve dokaze.
I da bude jasno, uplatio sam 250€ i izgubio dok sam igrao u kazinu, tako da zapravo nisam ostvario nikakav profit. Samo sam odlučio da ne gubim više novca i da podignem novac.
Čitao sam na nekim forumima da nisam jedini koji ima problema sa isplatama u ovom kazinu.
Bilo kakva pomoć bi bila dobrodošla.

On 6th Feb I requested a withdraw of 171€ from GG.bet and in a couple of minutes I got a mail that my withdraw was denied and when I tried to login into my account I couldnt. I then found out that my account was closed.
I have been accused having multiple accounts which I do not. They say that someone made 7 accounts from my phone and with my personal info. I tried to tell them that if that is the case I have been a victim of some digital abuse.
I asked them if they could show me the info about the accounts and if they were really made from my phone or maybe even the dates when the accounts were made, because I really wanted to get to the bottom of this.
The last mail was that the decision is final and it will not be discussed.

I just want my money and to be honest the way they handle these cases are like they can accuse someone of something and refuse to give any evidence.
And to be clear I deposited 250€ and lost while playing in the casino so I actually did not make any profit. I just decided not to lose more money and make a withdraw.
I have read on some forums I am not the only one having problems with withdraws on this casino.
Any help would be appreciated.
