Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa kazinom Glorion i postupanjem sa mojim samoisključenjem.
Hronologija događaja:
• 7. februar 2026. – Poslao/la sam imejl sa zahtevom za zatvaranje naloga zbog moje zavisnosti od kockanja.
• 7. februar 2026. – kazino je potvrdio i zatvorio moj nalog istog dana.
Posle toga sam prestao da igram.
• 27. februar 2026. – Ponovo sam počeo da dobijam promotivne imejlove i bonus ponude od kazina.
• 1. mart 2026. – Odjednom sam ponovo mogao da se prijavim na svoj nalog i počnem da igram, iako je nalog prethodno bio zatvoren.
• 2. mart 2026. – Poslao sam zvaničnu e-poštu sa žalbom u kojoj obaveštavam kazino da je moj nalog ponovo otvoren i zahtevam ponovno samoisključenje.
Uprkos tome, nalog je ostao aktivan.
• Između 1. marta i 9. marta 2026. – Uplatio/la sam i izgubio/la približno 4000 PLN.
Pošto sam već obavestio kazino o svojoj zavisnosti od kockanja i moj nalog je prethodno bio zatvoren, smatram da je njegovo ponovno otvaranje i slanje promotivnih ponuda bilo ozbiljno kršenje pravila odgovornog kockanja.
S poštovanjem molim za pomoć i povraćaj depozita uplaćenih nakon ponovnog otvaranja računa.
Mogu da obezbedim snimke ekrana imejlova, bonus ponuda i mog prethodnog zahteva za samoisključenje.

I would like to file a complaint regarding Glorion Casino and the handling of my self-exclusion.
Chronology of events:
• 7 February 2026 – I sent an email requesting account closure due to my gambling addiction.
• 7 February 2026 – the casino confirmed and closed my account the same day.
After that I stopped playing.
• 27 February 2026 – I started receiving promotional emails and bonus offers from the casino again.
• 1 March 2026 – I was suddenly able to log into my account again and start playing, even though the account had previously been closed.
• 2 March 2026 – I sent an official complaint email informing the casino that my account had been reopened and requesting self-exclusion again.
Despite this, the account remained active.
• Between 1 March and 9 March 2026 – I deposited and lost approximately 4000 PLN.
Because I had already informed the casino about my gambling addiction and my account had been previously closed, I believe reopening it and sending promotional offers was a serious breach of responsible gambling rules.
I respectfully request assistance and a refund of the deposits made after the account was reopened.
I can provide screenshots of emails, bonus offers and my previous self-exclusion request.
