Međutim, moj slučaj nije povezan sa standardnim odlaganjem isplate. Moj nalog je iznenada blokiran i dobio sam obaveštenje da moja isplata nije uspela. Ova situacija nije normalna i izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost.
Pored toga, kazino je tvrdio da imam duplirane naloge. Snažno poričem ovu optužbu, jer sam kreirao i koristio samo jedan nalog. Ljubazno molim kazino da pruži jasne dokaze koji potkrepljuju ovu tvrdnju.
Trenutno nemam pristup svom nalogu i moje povlačenje novca nije obrađeno. Stoga se ovo ne može tretirati kao redovno kašnjenje zbog vremena obrade ili velikog broja povlačenja.
U potpunosti sam spreman da sarađujem i pružim sva potrebna KYC dokumenta kako bih potvrdio svoj identitet i rešio ovaj problem što je pre moguće.
