Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za problem sa vašim nalogom i razumem vašu zabrinutost. Međutim, želeo bih da naglasim da smo primili mnogo žalbi od ovog konkretnog kazinoa. Uprkos brojnim podnetim slučajevima, kazino je odlučio da usvoji politiku nereagovanja kao odgovor na sve naše pokušaje da pregovaramo o bilo kakvim problemima.
Mogu samo da zamislim koliko je frustrirajuće čekati bez ikakve povratne informacije.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we’ve received many complaints from this specific gambling establishment. Despite numerous cases submitted, the casino has decided to adopt a No Reaction Policy approach in response to all our attempts to negotiate any issues.
I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to wait without any feedback.
