Prvobitno sam podigao 1901,90 dolara, što je odbijeno zbog provere bankovnih podataka. Ponovo sam podigao nakon što mi je savetovano da to uradim. Primio sam pojedinačne uplate za 201,90 dolara, 250 dolara i 50 dolara. Kada sam pitao za 1400 dolara, pošto ih nisam primio, pitali su me koju uplatu/iznos sam već primio.
Zatim su mi poslati obaveštenja o uspešnom transferu svih uplata, uključujući i 1400 dolara. (Priznanica o uplati od 1400 dolara imala je pravopisnu grešku, koju sam pomenuo, moje ime je pogrešno napisano).
Prošlo je nekoliko dana i rečeno mi je da sačekam još jedan dan, pa još jedan dan, a onda nisu mogli mnogo da urade jer je bio vikend i banke su bile zatvorene i pozvali bi svoju banku u ponedeljak.
Javio sam se u ponedeljak i rečeno mi je da je transfer uspešan i da bi uskoro trebalo da bude obavljen.
Sledećeg dana sam ponovo kontaktirao i zamoljen sam da mi pošalje izvod iz banke radi potvrde, uradio sam to.
Protekle nedelje sam poslao više od 30 bankovnih izvoda jer su stalno pronalazili probleme sa njima:
- datumi su bili pogrešni (ali nisu bili)
- pogrešan format
- treba da bude duže od 1 stranice
- izgleda lažno
- nije u ispravnom redosledu (samo 1 stranica)
- Izmenio sam ga
- netačna izjava
- sve informacije koje nisu na izjavi
Onda su rekli da im je žao što ne možemo da ispunimo vaš zahtev.

I originally withdraw $1901.90 which was rejected due to checking bank details. I withdraw again after being advised to. I received payments individually for $201.90, $250 and $50. When I asked about the $1400 as I hadn't received it, I was asked what payment/ Amount I have already received.
I was then sent recipients of all payments including $1400 saying successfully transferred. ($1400 receipt had a spelling error, which i mentioned, my name spelt wrong).
A few days went on and I was told to wait 1 more day, then another day then they couldn't do much as it was the weekend and banks were closed and they will call there bank on Monday.
I followed up on Monday and was told the transfer was successful and should have it soon.
Next day followed up again and was asked to sent my bank statement to verify, I did this.
For the past week I have sent more then 30 bank statements as they kept finding issues with it :
- dates were wrong ( but they weren't)
- wrong format
- should be longer then 1 page
- looks fake
- not in correct order (only 1 page)
- I edited it
- incorrect statement
- all information not on the statement
They then said sorry we can not complete your request.
