After carefully reviewing your case, we must point out that, according to standard practice and terms typically outlined by casinos, an account with a zero balance can be closed at the discretion of the casino. In your situation, although your account previously held a substantial amount, the closure occurred when your balance had reached zero. As such, the casino’s decision to close your account falls within accepted business practices. Please understand that we cannot penalize the casino for closing your account, as casinos generally have the right to restrict or even close player accounts for reasons such as suspected irregular play or for no reason at all.
Given these circumstances, we are unable to offer compensation for the funds you wagered while climbing the VIP ladder.
