This evening, I have repeatedly tried to withdraw £650 from my account, but the site has not allowed me to complete the withdrawal. Despite multiple attempts, the system either froze or produced an error message, preventing me from accessing my winnings.
Because I could not withdraw, I unfortunately ended up gambling more than I intended to, which has caused significant frustration and distress. I believe this issue is a serious breach of responsible gambling standards.
Under the UK Gambling Commission’s (UKGC) Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, operators are required to:
Ensure withdrawals are processed promptly and without unnecessary delay.
Uphold fair and transparent withdrawal terms.
Take reasonable steps to prevent customers from suffering gambling-related harm, particularly in situations that could encourage further play when a customer has attempted to stop.
Jackpot.com’s failure to allow me to withdraw directly led to further gambling losses that I did not plan or consent to. This is unacceptable and contrary to responsible gambling principles.
I would therefore like one of the following resolutions:
A refund of all deposits made during the period I was unable to withdraw, or
The release of the original £650 withdrawal amount that I was prevented from accessing.
