Prvi put sam pokušao da podignem novac prošle godine, mislim, u novembru (imam snimak ekrana koji je potreban) i od tada sam pokušao još nekoliko puta, poslednji put pre prošle ili dve nedelje. Verifikovao sam svoj identitet, u početku nisam želeo da igram sa bonusima, ali sam u jednom trenutku dobio besplatne okrete. Međutim, jasno je naznačeno koliki je moj saldo pravog novca koji mogu da podignem. Takođe je prikazan iznos bonusa od 98 dolara, što znači da je 0% uloženo, međutim, dobro sam odigrao taj iznos i spreman sam da ga izgubim da bih dobio svoj dobitak. Jedini odgovori koje sam dobio na svaki zahtev za podizanje koji sam podneo bili su: „Vaš zahtev je prosleđen", ili menadžeru naloga za koga još uvek ne znam ko je, ili finansijskom odeljenju, ili nekom drugom odeljenju, a onda piše da bi trebalo uskoro da se vratim. (Imam snimke ekrana). Pročitao sam uslove i odredbe i ne vidim ništa što nisam ili jesam uradio, a što bi me sprečilo da podignem svoj novac. U imejlovima koje sam im slao/la, zamolio/la sam ih da mi barem kažu šta mi nedostaje ili šta treba da uradim da bih dobio/la isplatu, ali nisam dobio/la nikakav odgovor. Kada sam prvi put otvorio/la svoj nalog kod njih, slučajno sam otvorio/la dva koristeći obe svoje imejl adrese, ali sam uvek koristio/la samo jedan nalog i obavestio/la sam ih o tome, ali nisam dobio/la odgovor. I uvek su me pitali da verifikujem samo jedan nalog. Ako neko može da mi pomogne, bio/la bih vam veoma zahvalan/na, hvala.
I first had tried to withdrawl last year back on November I believe.(I have a screen shot of needed) and since then I've made several other attempts to wothdrawl with thw last being last week or two weeks ago. I have verified my identity, initially I had not chose to play with any bonuses but then at ine point I had been given free spins. However, it stated clearly what my withdrawable real money balance is. It also shows a bonus amount of $98 that says 0% has been wagered however, i had well played through the amount and I am willing to lose it in order to get my winnings. The only replies I have got to every withdrawl request i had made was, " your request has been forwarded", to either the account manager whom i still have not idea who that is, or to the finance department, or to some other department and then it says j shiuld here back shortly. ( I have screen shots to). Ive read through the terms and conditions and I dont see anything that I havent or have done that shiuld be preventing me from withdrawing my money. In my emails to them i have asked them to at least let me know what im missing or what I should do to get my withdrawl but I've heard nothing back. When I had first created my account with them I had created 2 by accident using both my email addresses but I only ever used the one account and I also let them know this but no reply. And I only ever was asked ti verify the one account as well. If someone can please help me here it would be so appreciated, thank you
