I'm having problems with several withdrawals at Jokery.

After going through the arduous verification process, I was initially told I couldn't withdraw more than €700 per day. Okay, so I canceled the withdrawal and made three separate withdrawals on March 26th, 27th, and 28th. Jokery claims the process is completed after 72 hours. Now, over 96 hours have passed since the Sunday withdrawal and over 72 hours since the Monday withdrawal. I tried to reply to the email from which I received the withdrawal processing information.

ich habe Probleme mit mehreren Auszahlungen bei Jokery.

Nachdem ich den beschwerlichen Legitimations Prozess durchlaufen habe. Wurde erst behauptet, ich könne nicht mehr als 700 EUR pro Tag abheben. Okay habe dann die Auszahlung storniert und 3 einzelne Auszahlung am 26.03,27.03 und 28.03 platziert. Jokery selbst behauptet nach 72 Stunden sei der Prozess beendet. Nun sind über 96 Stunden zu der Sonntagsauszahlung und über 72 Stunden zur der Montagsauszahlung vergangen. Ich habe versucht auf die Email zu Antworten von der ich die Auszahlungbearbeitung erhalten habe :

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Your statement is nonsense, as Jokery themselves state that payouts are processed after 72 hours. Much more unusual is the fact that the email address from which the payout confirmation is sent is unreachable!

Die Aussage von Ihnen ist Unnsinnig, da Jokery selbst schreibt das die Auszhalungen nach 72 Stunden bearbeitet werden. Viel ungewöhnlicher ist die Tatsache, dass die Emailadressse von der die Auszahlungbestätigung gesendet wird, nicht erreichbar ist!
