Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa KarhuBet kazinom.
Osvojio sam 3.900 evra i zatražio isplatu. Kazino reklamira „isplate u roku od 24 sata", ali moja isplata je sada na čekanju već preko 80 sati. Više puta sam kontaktirao njihovu korisničku podršku i svaki put dobijam potpuno isti odgovor:
„Vaš slučaj je prosleđen nadležnom odeljenju, obavestićemo vas čim dobijemo odgovor."
Nikada ne daju nikakvo stvarno objašnjenje, vremenski okvir ili razlog za kašnjenje.
Nisam prekršio/la nijedno pravilo i već sam završio/la sve potrebne korake verifikacije.
Ova situacija me čini izuzetno neprijatno i nepravedno tretiranom. Kao žena, iskreno sam zabrinuta da me možda neće shvatiti ozbiljno ili da se moj slučaj rešava drugačije iz razloga koje ne razumem. Nadam se da to nije slučaj, ali nedostatak transparentnosti i ponavljani generički odgovori čine da se osećam ranjivo i zlostavljano.
Jednostavno želim da kazino poštuje svoje uslove i obradi moju isplatu u razumnom roku. Trenutno kašnjenje i njihova nevoljnost da daju bilo kakve stvarne informacije čine situaciju veoma nepravednom.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da istraži ovu stvar i pomogne da KarhuBet obradi moju isplatu od 3.900 evra bez daljeg nepotrebnog odlaganja.

I would like to file a complaint regarding KarhuBet Casino.
I won €3,900 and requested a withdrawal. The casino advertises "24h withdrawals", but my withdrawal has now been pending for over 80 hours. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, and every time I receive the exact same response:
"Your case has been escalated to the relevant department, we will update you as soon as we receive a response."
They never provide any real explanation, timeframe, or reason for the delay.
I have not broken any rules, and I have already completed all required verification steps.
This situation makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly treated. As a woman, I am genuinely concerned that I might not be taken seriously or that my case is being handled differently for reasons I do not understand. I hope this is not the case, but the lack of transparency and the repeated generic responses make me feel vulnerable and mistreated.
I simply want the casino to respect their own terms and process my withdrawal within a reasonable time. The current delay and their unwillingness to give any real information make the situation feel very unfair.
I kindly request Casino Guru to investigate this matter and help ensure that KarhuBet processes my €3,900 withdrawal without further unnecessary delay.
