Obraćam vam se sa zahtevom za pomoć u vezi sa nerešenim problemom sa sajtom za klađenje Kinbet.

Nisam učinio ništa što bi prekršilo njihove uslove korišćenja. Osećam da mi je uskraćen pristup mojim zakonitim sredstvima bez ikakvog valjanog razloga.
Bio bih vam veoma zahvalan ako biste mi mogli pomoći da rešim ovaj spor ili barem ohrabriti kazino da pruži jasno obrazloženje i oslobodi moja sredstva.

I had a balance of €800 in my account, and I requested a withdrawal more than 15 days ago. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company kept assuring me that the payment would be processed "any moment now." However, no payment was ever made.
