Odloženo povlačenje 4.356 RON i nejasan proces verifikacije – LasVegas Rumunija
Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa LasVegas Rumunija jer je moje povlačenje sredstava odloženo na nerazumno dug vremenski period.
Dana 30.05.2026. godine, zatražio sam povlačenje 4.356 RON, što još uvek nije obrađeno.
U potpunosti sam sarađivao/la tokom procesa verifikacije i dostavio/la svu traženu dokumentaciju. Moja dokumenta su odobrena.
Nakon toga, zamoljen sam da učestvujem u telefonskom pozivu, ali nije dato nikakvo objašnjenje u vezi sa razlogom ovog zahteva ili bilo kojim konkretnim problemom sa mojim nalogom.
Uprkos mojoj saradnji, nisam dobio jasno objašnjenje niti konkretan vremenski okvir za obradu mog povlačenja.
Imam snimke ekrana statusa povlačenja, razgovora u ćaskanju, imejlova i svih poslatih dokumenata.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da mi pomogne u rešavanju ovog problema i da mi pomogne da primim isplatu mog povlačenja od 4.356 RON.
Delayed withdrawal of 4,356 RON and unclear verification process – LasVegas Romania
I am submitting this complaint regarding LasVegas Romania because my withdrawal has been delayed for an unreasonable period of time.
On 30.05.2026, I requested a withdrawal of 4,356 RON, which has still not been processed.
I fully cooperated with the verification process and submitted all requested documents. My documents were approved.
After that, I was asked to participate in a phone call, but no explanation was provided regarding the reason for this request or any specific issue with my account.
Despite my cooperation, I have not received a clear explanation or a specific timeframe for processing my withdrawal.
I have screenshots of my withdrawal status, chat conversations, emails, and all submitted documents.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist me in resolving this matter and helping me receive payment of my 4,356 RON withdrawal.
