Nakon pregleda novodostavljenih informacija, moram da istaknem da snimak ekrana koji ste nam dali uopšte nije povezan sa kazinom Legiano. Pored toga, žalba je ponovo otvorena protiv pogrešnog kazina, jer se problem prikazan na snimku ekrana očigledno odnosi na drugog operatera.
Iz tog razloga ne mogu dalje da nastavim sa ovom žalbom i sada ću je ponovo zatvoriti.
Takođe moram otvoreno da kažem da slanje nepovezanih snimaka ekrana ili ponovno otvaranje žalbi protiv pogrešnog kazina nije nešto što bi trebalo da se dešava. Molim vas da ne pokušavate ništa slično u budućnosti, jer Casino Guru može preduzeti određene mere u situacijama kada se zloupotrebljavaju postupci za žalbe ili se dostavljaju obmanjujuće informacije.
Žalba će sada biti zatvorena.

after reviewing the newly submitted information, I must point out that the screenshot you provided does not appear to be related to Legiano Casino at all. Additionally, the complaint was reopened against the wrong casino, as the issue shown in the screenshot clearly concerns a different operator.
For this reason, I am unable to continue this complaint further and will now close it again.
I also have to say openly that submitting unrelated screenshots or reopening complaints against the wrong casino is not something that should happen. Please do not attempt anything similar in the future, as Casino Guru can take certain measures in situations where complaint procedures are being misused or misleading information is being submitted.
