Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa LegionBet-om i onim što smatram ozbiljnim propustima u odgovornom kockanju.
Više puta sam obavestio operatera i VIP menadžerski tim da imam problem sa kockanjem i više puta sam tražio trajno zatvaranje naloga. Uprkos tome, moj nalog je ostao aktivan, depoziti su se i dalje primali i nastavio sam da dobijam VIP obaveštenja o zadržavanju članova koja su me podsticala da nastavim sa kockanjem.
Dao/la sam jasna pisana obaveštenja u vezi sa zavisnošću od kockanja i finansijskom štetom, uključujući ponovljene direktne zahteve za trajno zatvaranje/samoisključenje naloga.
Umesto da sprovedem efikasnu intervenciju bezbednijeg kockanja, dobio sam:
- Komunikacija za zadržavanje VIP osoba,
- podsticanje na nastavak kockanja,
- predlozi za privremeno hlađenje umesto trajnog zatvaranja,
- i „bezrizične" bonus ponude nakon što su zabrinutosti u vezi sa ranjivošću već bile otkrivene.
Tokom ovog perioda sam nastavio da se kockam i pretrpeo značajne finansijske gubitke.
Pripremio sam kompletan paket dokaza koji sadrži:
- snimci ekrana,
- komunikacija putem imejla,
- istorija depozita,
- vremenske rokove,
- i dokaz o ponovljenim zahtevima za zatvaranje.
Moje zabrinutosti se posebno odnose na:
- ponovljeni ignorisani zahtevi za trajno zatvaranje naloga,
- kontinuirano prihvatanje depozita nakon otkrivanja ranjivosti,
- Pokušaji zadržavanja VIP igrača umesto intervencije za odgovorno kockanje,
- i postupanje sa očigledno ranjivim klijentom.
Podneo sam formalnu žalbu direktno operateru i moj nalog je sada blokiran, međutim, još uvek nisam dobio smislen formalni odgovor u vezi sa pokrenutim problemima.
Molim za pregled i pomoć u vezi sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i zabrinutostima u vezi sa odgovornim kockanjem.

I am submitting this complaint regarding LegionBet and what I believe to be serious responsible gambling failures.
I repeatedly informed the operator and VIP management team that I had a gambling problem and requested permanent account closure on multiple occasions. Despite this, my account remained active, deposits continued to be accepted, and I continued receiving VIP retention communication encouraging further gambling activity.
I provided clear written disclosures regarding gambling addiction and financial harm, including repeated direct requests for permanent account closure/self-exclusion.
Instead of implementing effective safer gambling intervention, I received:
- VIP retention communication,
- encouragement to continue gambling,
- temporary cooling-off suggestions instead of permanent closure,
- and "risk-free" bonus offers after vulnerability concerns had already been disclosed.
During this period I continued gambling and incurred substantial financial losses.
I have prepared a full evidence pack containing:
- screenshots,
- email communications,
- deposit history,
- timelines,
- and evidence of repeated closure requests.
My concerns specifically relate to:
- repeated ignored requests for permanent account closure,
- continued acceptance of deposits after vulnerability disclosures,
- VIP retention attempts instead of responsible gambling intervention,
- and the handling of a clearly vulnerable customer.
I submitted a formal complaint directly to the operator and my account has now been blocked, however I have still not received a meaningful formal response regarding the issues raised.
I am requesting review and assistance regarding the handling of this complaint and the responsible gambling concerns involved.
