Lets Laki je kazino koji ne plaća, uprkos tome što prati sve beskrajne KYC provere, ponovo pokreću proces i kada im kažete da je završen, odgovore nedelju dana kasnije da se to ispituje.
10. oktobra je bio sjajan dan, osvojio sam 4526€ na Lets Lucky kazinu. Uradio sam uobičajeno, postavio sam KYC zahteve na svoj nalog i izvršio podizanje. Od tada, zahtevi putem e-pošte nikada nisu prestali.

Onda sam otkrio da je moj nalog deaktiviran kada sam pokušao da se prijavim u novembru. Jurim u kazino da bih saznao šta se dešava i konačno dobijem odgovor u januaru.

Onda su me zamolili da koristim alternativni dokaz o adresi poslat poštom i da ga otpremim zajedno sa selfijem tog alternativnog dokaza o adresi. I to je urađeno, ali je poslato imejlom jer je nalog onemogućen.
Kazino je odgovorio da moram da ih otpremim u svoj profil, što, kako sam naveo, nije moguće jer nemam pristup svom nalogu otkako je onemogućen.
Pre 7 dana sam dobio donju e-poštu u kojoj počinje cela verifikacija ispočetka.

Molimo vas da otpremite dokument koji prikazuje vaše ime, adresu i datum izdavanja. Na primer, račun za komunalne usluge ili izvod iz banke, koji dokazuje adresu (ne sme biti stariji od 3 meseca).
Molimo vas da otpremite izvod iz banke u punom formatu, gde su lični i bankovni podaci vidljivi u istom primerku.

Lets Lucky are a non paying Casino despite following all never ending kyc checks they start the process again and when you tell them its been completed they reply a week later that its being looked into.
On the 10th October it was i thought a great day, won 4526€ on lets lucky Casino. I did the usual of uploading the kyc requests on my account and made a withdrawal. Since then never ending email requests.

Then my account i find was disabled when i tried to login back in November. Chasing Casino to find out what is happening to finally get a response in January.

Then i was asked to use an alternative proof of address sent by post and to upload it along with a selfie of that alternative proof of address. Also done this but emailed as account disabled.
Casino responded that i need to upload those in my profile which i stated is not possible as no access to my account since being disabled.
7 days ago i get the below email starting the whole verification from start again
