Pogledao/la sam imejlove u kojima sam dva puta tražio/la da mi se zatvori nalog i jasno sam naveo/la da to postaje problem. Pomenuo/la sam ovo i pre vašeg imejla i kada su me pitali da li želim da napravim pauzu ili postavim ograničenje, odgovorio/la sam sa ne, želeo/la bih da zatvorim nalog.
Ignorisali ste moj zahtev za zatvaranje pregovora uprkos mom veoma jasnom imejlu u kojem sam vam rekao da imam problem i pokušavate da to zasnovate na činjenici da vam nisam rekao kada ste me kasnije pitali, a rekao sam vam čak i pre nego što ste mi poslali upitnik na koji se pozivate.

Molim vas, zatvorite mi nalog što je pre moguće. Više ne mogu sebi da priuštim da igram i to postaje problem.
U prvom imejlu sam jasno naveo da ne mogu sebi da priuštim igranje i da mi treba zatvaranje naloga. U drugom imejlu ste mi savetovali da napravim pauzu ili da postavim ograničenje, na šta sam u trećem imejlu odgovorio da to ne želim i da samo želim da mi se nalog zatvori. U četvrtom imejlu, nakon toga, nakon što sam i dalje uplaćivao nekoliko depozita, ponovo sam zatražio da mi se nalog što pre zatvori.
Nisam trebalo da dajem nikakve dodatne informacije da bi mi se račun zatvorio, ali to nije preduzeto i zato sam tražio povraćaj dela mojih depozita, jer jasno vidite da je to nepravedan tretman prema igraču.
Moj zahtev je ignorisan i dozvolili ste mi da nastavim da igram i uzimam svoj novac.

I have looked at the emails where I requested twice for my account to be closed and I clearly stated it was becoming a problem. I mentioned this before your email and when I was asked if wanted to take a break or set a limit I then replied with no, I would like to close my account.
You have ignored my request for closure despite my very clear email in telling you I have a problem and you are trying to base this on the fact I didn’t tell you when you asked me at a later time, yet I told you before you even sent me the questionnaire you are referring to.

Please close my account as soon as possible. I cannot afford to play anymore and it’s becoming a problem.
I clearly stated on email one I could not afford to play and need my account closed. In email two you advised me to take a break or set a limit in which I responded in email three that I do not wish for this and just want my account closed. In email four after then still making several deposits I asked again for my account to be closed as soon as possible.
i should not have had to provide any further information to have my account closed but this was failed to be actioned and this is why I have asked for a refund of some of my deposits as you can clearly see that is unfair treatment towards the player.
My request was ignored and you allowed me to continue playing and taking my money.
