Kazino odbija moju isplatu, diskriminišući moj bankovni račun.
Uplatio/la sam depozit koristeći Skrill, ali opcija isplate putem ove metode nije dostupna, pa sam zatražio/la isplatu na svoj bankovni račun. Lottoland me je zamolio/la da potvrdim vlasništvo nad svojim bankovnim računom i depozitom, što sam i uradio/la, moj račun je takođe već bio verifikovan.
Povlačenje je odbijeno, a Lotolend zahteva da imam irski IBAN za svoj bankovni račun. Prema zakonu EU, ovo je oblik IBAN diskriminacije.

Lotolend je licenciran u Irskoj, a moj bankovni račun je iz banke registrovane u EEU.
Pored toga, zahtevaju da imam nalog za isplate povezan sa Skrill-om

Ovo je smešno jer nisam prethodno uplaćivao sredstva na Skrill koristeći irsku banku.
Njihov sistem mi dozvoljava da zahtevam isplatu na moj IBAN račun, ali rukovodstvo to kasnije odbija, iako je bankovni račun registrovan na moje ime, što je potvrđeno izvodom.
Zbog odbijanja uplate, čekam već skoro dve nedelje, jer mi je korisnička služba odgovarala svaka tri dana.

The casino is rejecting my withdrawal, discriminating against my bank account.
I made a deposit using Skrill, but the withdrawal option via this method is not available, so I requested a withdrawal to my bank account. Lottoland asked me to confirm the ownership of my bank account and the deposit, which I did, my account was also already verified.
The withdrawal was rejected, and Lottoland requires me to have an Irish IBAN for my bank account. According to EU law, this is a form of IBAN discrimination.

Lottoland is licensed in Ireland and my bank account is from a bank registered in the EEU.
In addition, they require me to have an account for withdrawals linked to Skrill
"Furthermore, the bank account must be the one that is associated with your Skrill account and from which you made the initial deposit. We require a bank statement from this bank account."
This is ridiculous because I did not make previous deposits to Skrill using an Irish bank.
Their system allows me to request a withdrawal to my IBAN account, but management later rejects it, even though the bank account is registered in my name, as confirmed by a statement.
Due to the rejection of the payment, I have been waiting for almost two weeks, as customer service responded to me every three days.
