I've been playing at LuckyMeister.com recently. On May 24, 2026, I submitted a request for self-exclusion due to gambling addiction. I have the email. Afterwards, I contacted them again via chat and inquired about the self-exclusion. I was told it would be forwarded. Unfortunately, I can still log in to this day. I lost €1200 today, which I would like to get back.

I'm not sure if the selected casino is the right one.

No suspension has been imposed so far.

ich habe bei LuckyMeister.com die letzte Zeit gespielt. Am 24.05.2026 habe ich die Anfrage auf Selbstausschluss aufgrund von Spielsucht gestellt. Mail ist vorhanden. Danach habe ich nochmal via Chat Kontakt aufgebaut und nach dem Selbstausschluss gefragt. Es hieß es wird weitergeleitet. Leider kann ich mich bis zum jetzigen Tag immernoch anmelden. Ich habe heute 1200€ verloren, welche ich gern wieder hätte.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das ausgewählte Casino das richtige ist.

Eine Sperre ist bis jetzt nicht erfolgt.

Vielleicht könnt ihr weiter helfen.

Unfortunately, my account still hasn't been blocked. Therefore, I was able to deposit another €1100 today. It's outrageous that the casino has taken three weeks to block my account. I've sent another email requesting a refund and the account being blocked. A copy of the email has been sent to Attila. I hope you can help me.

I have tried to contact the casino not only via this thread but also through alternative communication channels, but without success. I am afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation on its part. Since the casino operates without a valid licence and does not refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this is not a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino’s approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
