Više puta sam pokušao da kontaktiram kazino, ali bezuspešno. Bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez njihove saradnje. Označiću žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, smanjenje ocene uzrokovano nerešenim žalbama može pomoći u promeni pristupa kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte. U međuvremenu, ako želite da nastavite sa svojom žalbom, možete je podneti Upravi za igre na sreću Kurasaoa (CGA) putem e-pošte na adresu complaints@cga.cw .

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, should you want to pursue your complaint further, you can submit it to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) via email to complaints@cga.cw.
Although the CGA currently does not handle individual disputes between players and gaming operators, they may review the situation for potential violations of law, so it might be worth a try. Please let me know how they respond at michal.k@casino.guru if you decide to pursue this option.
