Mafia Casino - Aktivacija bonusa igrača je netačna.

I registered via Wettformat, clicked the link, selected 300% instead of 100% and this was also available when depositing.

I clicked on the 300% bonus (deposit available with the bonus!! so it wasn't an error!) Then I was credited with the wrong bonus (NON STICKY!!!). The first supporter assured me that it would be corrected, but instead of correctly crediting me with the 300%, i.e. €375, non-sticky bonus (under Available Bonus), he simply activated the 100%! The supporter activated MY NON STICKY BONUS again with FULL REAL MONEY without asking for permission, etc., a huge cheek.

Because I already knew what was going on, I gave him a bad rating in the chat, then he blackmailed me into taking the rating away otherwise he wouldn't correct anything!

Everything with proof via chat log!

I then contacted support again, who then explained to me that it was my bad luck that their supporter had activated the bonus?? Huh? So let's summarize: you register, it says 300% available bonus, take it, get the wrong one, and instead of correcting it, the wrong bonus, which was NON-STICKY (EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS), is simply activated?? Then you get blackmailed in the chat??

This is exactly what you can see in the chat: the supporter admits that it was booked incorrectly (100% instead of 300%) and then how he activates my bonus and claims that it has to be like this, see the second chat log where it is said exactly that now I'm out of luck because the bonus is active, this is absolute fraud!

I would like to receive the 300% non-sticky bonus, i.e. €375, otherwise I want my deposit back. That's simply not possible!

habe mich über Wettformat registriert " Link geklickt 300% ausgwählt anstatt den 100% " und dieser war auch verfügbar beim einzahlen.

Habe auf 300% Bonus geklickt ( Einzahlen beim Bonus verfügbar!! also kein Fehler!) Dann wurde mir der falsche Bonus gutgeschrieben ( NON STICKY !!! ) Der erste Supporter hat mir erst versichert das es nun korrigiert wird aber anstatt mir den 300% also 375 € Bonus non Sticky korrekt gutzuschreiben ( Unter Verfügbaren Bonus) hat er einfach den 100% aktiviert ! Nochmal der Supporter aktiviert MEINEN NON STICKY BONUS bei VOLLEM ECHT GELD ohne frage erlaubnis etc eine Mega Frechheit.

Weil ich schon wusste was hier abgezogen wird gab ich ihm eine schlechte Bewertung im Chat dann erpresste er mich die Bewertung wegzunehmen sonst korrigiert er nichts mehr !

Alles Mit beweis durch chat log!

Habe dann den Support erneut aufgesucht der mir dann erklären tut das es mein Pech ist das ihr Supporter den Bonus aktiviert hat ?? Hää Also wir halten fest man registriert sich hat unter Verfügbaren Bonus 300% stehen nimmt diesen bekommt den falschen anstatt es zu korrigieren wird der Falsche Bonus der NON STICKY GENAU SO WAR einfach aktiviert ?? Dann wird man im Chat erpresst??

Genau so ist im Chat zu sehen der Supporter gibt zu das es falsch gebucht wurde ( 100% anstatt 300%) und wie der dann meinen Bonus aktiviert und noch behauptet das muss so siehe 2 Chatlog wo genau gesagt wird jetzt hab ich Pech da der Bonus aktiv ist das ist absoluter Betrug!

Ich möchte den 300% Bonus non sticky also 375€ gutgeschrieben bekommen ansonsten möchte ich meine Einzahlung wieder das geht so einfach nicht!

• How did you initially claim the bonus? Have you chosen it when depositing €125? Were there any other bonuses available to choose from?
• Have you immediately noticed that the bonus was added incorrectly?
• Could you please share a screenshot from your bonus history?

Bonus was added later but not non-sticky...

I will avoid this casino simply because of the clear attempt by the two supporters to A) blackmail me B) not give me the bonus that was there for depositing - absolute disgrace!

Bonus wurde im nachhinein zugefügt aber nicht non sticky...

Ich werde diese Casino meiden allein für den eindeutigen Verusch der zwei supporter mich A zu erpressen B mir den bonus nicht zu geben der da war zum einzahlen absolute sauerei !
