Čekam na 3 isplate od po 800 dolara. Zahtevi podneti 15, 16 i 18. maja. Ukupan iznos sa isplatama je 22.400 AUD.
Bio sam redovan korisnik i uvek sam imao manje isplate isplaćene u roku od 3-5 dana.
Tek otkako mi se stanje na računu povećalo na preko 20 hiljada dolara kroz dobitke, isplate su prestale.
Svi odgovori iz kazina navode da se sredstva obrađuju i da su odložena. Samo generički odgovori tipa „kopiraj i nalepi" bez ikakve suštine. Bez vremenskih okvira ili opravdanih razloga. Samo lažno uveravanje.
Menadžer naloga je bio dodeljen nalogu koji me je pozvao, čestitao na dobitku i ponudio povraćaj novca da bih nastavio da igram.
Nisu zahtevane KYC provere. U odeljku za verifikaciju sa strane piše da nisu potrebne.
Nema dobitaka od bonusa.
