I requested a withdrawal of 900 € on 17 January. My account and all required documents were fully verified, which the casino confirmed by email. No additional documents or explanations have been requested from me.
Despite this, the withdrawal has remained "In progress" for weeks, with customer support only providing generic responses and no clear payment date. According to the casino’s own stated timeframe (up to 21 business days), this delay is excessive.
I have not been informed of any rule violations, bonus abuse, or other issues that would justify withholding the payment. I have complied with all terms and conditions.
At this point, I am simply requesting transparency and the processing of a legitimate withdrawal. I hope this review encourages the casino to resolve this matter properly.
