I registered in July, deposited €100 and after placing several bets I left the account at €130. I withdrew on August 1st, and they told me it would take 21 business days.

Many more days have passed and there's no progress. They tell me to be patient because they have many requests, but it doesn't look like they're going to pay me.

If you can mediate to resolve this, thank you very much.

han pasado muchísimos días más y no avanza , me dicen que paciencia que tiene muchas solicitudes pero no tiene pinta de que me vayan a pagar

Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
