Više puta smo pokušali da kontaktiramo Magnumbet kazino u vezi sa vašim problemom, ali nažalost, nismo dobili nikakav odgovor sa njihove strane. Bez njihove saradnje, ograničeni smo u onome što možemo da učinimo da vam dodatno pomognemo.
Kazino Magnumbet je licenciran od strane Oficiul Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN) - rumunskog regulatornog tela. Iako njihova veb stranica ne pruža direktan način za podnošenje žalbe, nude kontakt imejlom za upite. Preporučujem da ih kontaktirate na autoexcludere@onjn.gov.ro i detaljno objašnjavajući svoju situaciju.
Pošto nismo uspeli da postignemo napredak, sada ću zatvoriti žalbu kao nerešenu. Razumem da ovo nije ishod koji ste očekivali i iskreno mi je žao što nismo mogli da ponudimo zadovoljavajuće rešenje.
Uz to rečeno, nerešene žalbe doprinose ukupnoj oceni kazina na našoj platformi, što može pomoći u promeni njihovog pristupa. Ukoliko kazino odluči da se angažuje i odgovori u budućnosti, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas putem e-pošte.
Za buduće potrebe, toplo preporučujem da birate kazina na osnovu njihovih recenzija i ocena kako biste izbegli slične situacije.

While their website does not provide a direct method for filing a complaint, they do offer an email contact for inquiries. I recommend reaching out to them at autoexcludere@onjn.gov.ro and explaining your situation in detail.
As we’ve been unable to make progress, I will now proceed to close the complaint as unresolved. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I truly regret that we could not provide a more satisfactory resolution.
That said, unresolved complaints contribute to a casino’s overall rating on our platform, which may help drive change in their approach. Should the casino decide to engage and respond in the future, we will reopen the complaint and notify you by email.
