Zdravo, tražim pomoć oko podnošenja žalbe na maksimalnu opkladu. Ne vidim kompaniju navedenu na vašem sajtu, ali me zanima da li biste mogli da mi pomognete. Pokušao sam da podignem dobitke 23. maja, dobici su osvojeni na moje depozite bez ikakvih bonusa/besplatnih okretaja itd. U početku mi je rečeno da je potrebno 10 radnih dana i da je potrebna verifikacija identiteta. Istog dana sam poslao svoj identitet i on je praktično odmah verifikovan. Čekao sam vreme, ali i dalje ništa, pa sam ponovo kontaktirao, a onda su rekli da će biti 20 radnih dana zbog priliva isplata. Ponovo sam čekao i još uvek ništa. Pokušavao sam da ih kontaktiram preko ćaskanja uživo, ali to je samo robot, tako da nema nigde. Poslao sam brojne imejlove i sada mi samo kažu da imaju veliki obim posla i da ne mogu dati vremenski rok. Pokušao sam da odgovorim rekavši da želim da se žalim i tražim više detalja, ali svaki put mi se šalje isti odgovor, kopiran i nalepljen iz prethodnog. Sada postaje stvarno frustrirajuće i osećam da mi neće isplatiti dobitak. Ne znam kome drugom da se obratim jer ne stižem nigde sa njima i to utiče na moje mentalno zdravlje, stres i iritacija koje mi izazivaju, molim vas, možete li pomoći? Ne mogu više ovo da izdržim, imam decu koju moram da hranim i na gubitku sam jer sam i ja uplatila svoj novac. Zaista mi je potreban novac, a čekam već 6 nedelja i samo piše da je u toku isplata.
Hello, I’m looking for help with raising a complaint about maximal bet, I cannot see the company listed on your site but was wondering if you would be able to help. I tried to withdrawal winnings on the 23rd of May, winnings were won off my own deposits without any bonuses/free spins etc. At first I was told 10 working days and that ID verification was required. I submitted my ID the same day and it was verified practically right away. I waited the time but still nothing so I got back in touch they then said it would be 20 working days due to an influx of withdrawals, I waited again and still nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them on live chat but it’s just robot so get nowhere. I’ve sent numerous emails and now I’m just being told that they have high volumes and can’t give a timescale, I’ve tried to respond saying I want to complain and asking for more details but everytime I am sent the same response copy and pasted from the previous. It’s getting really frustrating now and I feel they’re not going to pay me out my winnings I’m not sure where else to turn as I’m getting nowhere with them and it’s affecting my mental health the stress and aggravation it’s causing me, please can you help.
