Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplati u kazinu Millioner.
Moja isplata od 80 evra je na čekanju već više od nedelju dana. Status je i dalje „u obradi" bez napretka.

Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem imejla i ćaskanja uživo
Dobili smo samo ponovljene generičke odgovore poput „imamo kašnjenja"
U poslednje vreme više uopšte ne dobijam nikakve odgovore
Trenutno ne mogu da pristupim ćaskanju uživo
Ovo je posebno zabrinjavajuće jer:
Uspešno sam primio više isplata iz ovog kazina ranije
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan i ispunjava sve zahteve
Ne postoji valjano objašnjenje za ovo kašnjenje ili potpuni nedostatak komunikacije.
U ovom trenutku, čini se da je ova situacija namerno odugovlačila. Molim vašu pomoć da rešim ovaj problem i osiguram da se moje povlačenje obradi.

Recently, I am no longer receiving any replies at all

This is especially concerning because:

There is no valid explanation for this delay or the complete lack of communication.
