Nakon pažljivog pregleda i temeljne diskusije sa mojim kolegama, zaključili smo da dokazi koje ste pružili ne bi bili dovoljni da potkrepe argument tokom medijacije sa predstavnicima kazina.
Trenutno je jedini dostavljeni materijal snimak ekrana, a sporna igra se ne pojavljuje u vašoj istoriji igara. Ovo može ukazivati na to da je pokušaj igre u nekom trenutku prekinut. Takva situacija može nastati iz više razloga, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na, probleme sa vašom internet konekcijom ili prekid tokom igranja.
Nažalost, bez kompletnog zapisa igre koji se pojavljuje u sistemu, nismo u mogućnosti da nastavimo sa zahtevom.

Iako cenim trud koji ste uložili u pružanje informacija i rešavanje ovog pitanja, odsustvo regulatornog nadzora znači da postoji vrlo malo pouzdanih načina da se problem dalje eskalira. Žao mi je što ovo ograničava našu mogućnost da ponudimo dodatnu pomoć ili smernice u rešavanju spora.
Imajte na umu da do ovog zaključka nije došlo olako i iskreno bih voleo da su okolnosti omogućile povoljniji ili primenljiviji ishod.
