Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplati iz kazina Millioner.
Osvojio sam 35.000 norveških kruna.
Trenutno imam tri zahteva za isplatu na čekanju (to je maksimum) od po 5000 NOK (ukupno 15000 NOK). Isplate su zatražene pre otprilike 10 dana i još uvek se prikazuju kao „na čekanju".
Kontaktirao sam podršku kazina nekoliko puta putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla. Svaki put mi je rečeno da je sve u redu i da finansijsko odeljenje obrađuje isplate. Međutim, nije bilo nikakvog ažuriranja niti napretka.
Ispunio/la sam uslove klađenja za bonus i nisam dobio/la nikakve zahteve za dodatne dokumente za verifikaciju. Moj nalog je i dalje aktivan i isplate su još uvek na čekanju.
Zbog kašnjenja i nedostatka jasnih informacija, počinjem da se brinem o statusu svojih isplata.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Millioner Casino.
I won 35,000 NOK.
I currently have three pending withdrawal requests (thats maximum) of 5000 NOK each (total 15000 NOK). The withdrawals were requested approximately 10 days ago and are still showing as "pending".
I have contacted the casino’s support several times via live chat and email. Each time I was told that everything is fine and that the withdrawals are being processed by the finance department. However, there has been no update or progress.
I have completed the wagering requirements for the bonus and have not received any requests for additional verification documents. My account is still active and the withdrawals remain pending.
Because of the delay and the lack of clear information, I am starting to become concerned about the status of my withdrawals.
I would appreciate your help in reviewing this case and contacting the casino if necessary.
