Monoplay rejected my payout of €1,200 and cancelled the entire winnings due to alleged "bonus manipulation".

I played the bonus with regular €1 spins and wagered a total of around €3,600. There was only one bonus purchase for €20. This resulted in a payout of €11, meaning a net loss of €9. Therefore, this bonus purchase did not generate any profit.

Since Monoplay fails to prevent such bets from being allowed within the bonus, I don't consider myself at fault, and it's by no means a significant amount. The maximum bet was €12, and forfeiting €1200 because of a bet that was €8 too high is ridiculous.

According to Monoplay, the bonus purchase exceeded the 5% stake limit applicable to the promotion. Support refers to specific terms and conditions of a partner offer and explains that the limit applies regardless of the bet's outcome.

I didn't manipulate anything and didn't deliberately exploit the bonus. It was a one-off occurrence; otherwise, I played with stakes of €1-3. I understand that the net loss doesn't negate a potential stake overrun. Nevertheless, I consider the complete forfeiture of €1,200 because of this single bonus purchase disproportionate and the accusation of manipulation unfounded.

I request that Casino Guru review this case and the underlying bonus terms and conditions and mediate in the release of my withdrawal. I can provide the previous support history and any available evidence.

Ich habe den Bonus mit regulären 1-€-Spins gespielt und insgesamt rund 3.600 € umgesetzt. Dabei gab es lediglich einen einzelnen Bonuskauf für 20 €. Dieser brachte eine Auszahlung von 11 €, also einen Nettoverlust von 9 €. Durch diesen Bonuskauf habe ich somit keinen Gewinn erzielt.

Da Monoplay es nicht schafft im Bonus solche Wetteinsätze von sich aus nicht möglich zu machen sehe ich mich nicht in der Schuld und es ist keineswegs ein relevanter Betrag. Der maximaleinsatz war 12 Euro und wegen eines um 8 Euro zu hohen Einsatzes 1200 zu streichen ist lächerlich

Laut Monoplay überschritt der Bonuskauf das für die Aktion geltende 5%-Einsatzlimit. Der Support verweist auf besondere Bedingungen eines Partnerangebots und erklärt, dass das Limit unabhängig vom Ausgang der Wette gelte.

Ich habe nichts manipuliert und den Bonus nicht gezielt ausgenutzt. Es handelte sich um einen einmaligen Vorgang, während ich ansonsten mit 1-3 € Einsatz gespielt habe. Ich verstehe, dass der Nettoverlust eine mögliche Einsatzüberschreitung nicht aufhebt. Trotzdem halte ich die vollständige Streichung von 1.200 € wegen dieses einzelnen Bonuskaufs für unverhältnismäßig und den Vorwurf der Manipulation für unzutreffend.

Ich bitte Casino Guru, den Fall und die zugrunde liegenden Bonusbedingungen zu prüfen und bei der Freigabe meiner Auszahlung zu vermitteln. Den bisherigen Supportverlauf sowie vorhandene Nachweise kann ich zur Verfügung stellen.

Es handelt sich um den letzten Screenshot im Spiel " Re Kill" . Dort habe ich nach einem Spin den Bonus gekauft der einem ausdrücklich angeboten wird und es keinerlei Warnung gibt, dass der Einzahlungsbonus dadurch verfällt.

Das Ganze ist ein extremer Betrug

(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than 12€ (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.
