Svaki depozit ima zahtev za klađenje od 3 puta, što je takođe veoma sumnjivo (uplatite 20 funti, morate potrošiti 60 funti pre nego što možete da podignete novac). U svakom slučaju, sve sam to uradio, uplatio sam novac putem Apple Pay-a, a onda kada sam išao na podizanje novca, morao sam da čekam 3 dana da se otkaže bez objašnjenja, tako da nakon višestrukog razgovora za pomoć, podizanje koje sam izvršio na karticu se nije podudaralo, nemam mogućnost podizanja novca putem Apple Pay-a, a takođe sam išao na razgovor pre nego što su ga otkazali, za šta su mi takođe rekli da neće biti problem. Nakon još nekoliko dana i prepirki na ćaskanju, na kraju su mi rekli da će prihvatiti bankovni transfer za podizanje novca, pa sam to uradio, čekao još 5 dana, što je na kraju otkazano. Nastavio sam razgovor na koji su mi rekli da nisam naveo svoj sortirni kod ili broj računa za bankovni transfer, nije bilo opcija za to, jedina polja su bila BIC i IBAN. Onda mi kažu da otkažem isplatu jer su ažurirali sistem, što sam i uradio i polja za račun i sortiranje su sada bila tu, sada samo čeka na odgovor. Govore mi da će proći još 48 sati pre nego što je ponovo pogledaju. Počinjem da verujem da neće isplatiti.
I am trying to withdrawal £100 (which for one thing is the lowest amount they accept for withdrawal which is a bit shady to start with)
every deposit has a wagering requirement of 3x as well which is also very shady (deposit £20 you have to spend £60 before you can withdraw). Anyway I have done all that, i deposited via Apple Pay, then when going to withdrawal i have to wait 3 days for it to get canceled with no explanation, so after repeatedly going on the help chat the withdrawal I made to card didn’t match, I have no option to withdrawal via Apple Pay and I also went on the chat prior to them canceling it which they also told me wouldn’t be a problem, after more days and back and forth on the chat they eventually tell me they will accept bank transfer for withdrawal, so I do that, wait another 5 days, which then eventually gets canceled, I continue on the chat back and forth to which they say I did not provide my sort code or account number for bank transfer, there were no options to do so, the only boxes were BIC and iban. They then tell me cancel the withdrawal as they’ve updated their system, which I did and the account and sort code boxes were there now, now it is just sat in pending are they are telling me it will be another 48 hours before they even look at it again. I am beginning to believe they will not pay out.
