Ja sam kupac iz Čilea i pokušavam da podignem sredstva sa svog Novibet računa skoro dva meseca, bezuspešno.
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan (KYC je završen). Međutim, tim za podršku stalno odbija dokument koji sam dostavio kao dokaz da moj broj telefona pripada meni, tvrdeći da „nije originalan" ili „izmenjen". Poslao sam nekoliko verzija dokumenta, sve direktno izdate od strane mog dobavljača usluga, a oni ipak nastavljaju da daju kontradiktorne odgovore — ponekad kažu da je dokument nevažeći, a drugi put potvrđuju da je moj nalog verifikovan.
U ovom trenutku, moj nalog je i dalje verifikovan na njihovoj veb stranici, ali moj zahtev za povlačenje sredstava još uvek nije obrađen i nisam dobio jasno objašnjenje niti procenjeni vremenski okvir za rešavanje.
Ova situacija traje već skoro dva meseca i verujem da mi se sredstva neopravdano zadržavaju. Tražim formalnu pomoć kako bih primorao Novibet da obradi moju isplatu ili da pruži transparentno, pisano obrazloženje za kašnjenje.
Mogu da dostavim sve imejlove, snimke ekrana statusa verifikacije naloga i dokaz o originalnim dokumentima koje sam podneo/la.

I am a customer from Chile and I have been trying to withdraw my funds from my Novibet account for almost two months, without success.
My account is fully verified (KYC completed). However, the support team keeps rejecting the document I provided to prove that my phone number belongs to me, claiming it is "not original" or "modified." I have sent several versions of the document, all directly issued by my service provider, and yet they continue to give contradictory responses — sometimes saying the document is invalid, other times confirming that my account is verified.
At this point, my account remains verified on their website, but my withdrawal request is still not processed, and I have received no clear explanation nor any estimated timeframe for resolution.
This situation has been ongoing for almost two months, and I believe my funds are being unjustifiably withheld. I am requesting formal assistance to compel Novibet to either process my withdrawal or provide a transparent, written justification for the delay.
I can provide all email exchanges, screenshots of the account verification status, and proof of the original documents I submitted.
