Pišem ovu žalbu protiv One Casino-a zbog njihovih nepravednih i neobjašnjivih postupaka u vezi sa mojim nalogom. Redovno sam igrao tamo, uplaćivao više depozita tokom vremena i u potpunosti sam završio proces KYC verifikacije podnošenjem svih potrebnih dokumenata, koji su odobreni.
Nedavno, nakon što sam uspešno uložio bonus u skladu sa njihovim uslovima i odredbama (poštovao sam sva pravila bez ikakvih prekršaja), zatražio sam povlačenje 400 evra od mog dobitka. Ubrzo nakon toga, stanje na mom računu je resetovano na 0 evra, a moj račun je trajno blokiran. Kada sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku da zatražim objašnjenje, jednostavno su rekli da je račun blokiran „bez razloga" – ovo deluje kao potpuna ismejanost i taktika prevare kako bi se izbegla isplata dobitaka.
Nisam prekršio nijedno njihovo pravilo: nema višestrukih naloga, nema zloupotrebe bonusa, ništa. Sve je urađeno legitimno, uključujući i promet bonusa prema njihovim smernicama. Ovo se dogodilo odmah nakon pokušaja podizanja sredstava, što je sumnjivo i frustrirajuće. Verujem da je ovo pokušaj da mi se sredstva nepravedno uskrate.
Ljubazno molim tim CasinoGuru-a da istraži ovo pitanje i pomogne u posredovanju sa One Casino-om kako bi se vratio moj nalog, vratio mi novac i obradila isplata. Mogu da obezbedim sve potrebne snimke ekrana, istoriju transakcija ili evidenciju komunikacije ako je potrebno.

I am writing this complaint against One Casino because of their unfair and unexplained actions regarding my account. I have been a regular player there, making multiple deposits over time, and I fully completed the KYC verification process by submitting all required documents, which were approved.
Recently, after successfully wagering a bonus according to their terms and conditions (I followed all the rules without any violations), I requested a withdrawal of €400 from my winnings. Shortly after, my account balance was reset to €0, and my account was permanently blocked. When I contacted their support to ask for an explanation, they simply stated that the account was blocked "without a reason" – this feels like a complete mockery and a scam tactic to avoid paying out winnings.
I have not breached any of their rules: no multiple accounts, no bonus abuse, nothing. Everything was done legitimately, including the bonus turnover as per their guidelines. This happened right after attempting to withdraw, which makes it suspicious and frustrating. I believe this is an attempt to withhold my funds unjustly.
I kindly ask the CasinoGuru team to investigate this matter and help mediate with One Casino to restore my account, return my balance, and process the withdrawal. I can provide any necessary screenshots, transaction history, or communication logs if needed.
