Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa nedostajućim depozitom od 10.000 indijskih rupija uplaćenim na moj Parimač račun.
Dana 30. maja 2026. godine, uplatio sam 10.000 indijskih rupija putem SuperMoney UPI-ja. Uplata je uspešno skinuta sa mog bankovnog računa, a kao dokaz imam potvrdu o transakciji i UTR broj (651539864291).
Međutim, depozit nikada nije uplaćen na moj Parimatch nalog. U početku je transakcija bila prikazivana kao „U obradi", a kasnije je promenjena u „Odbijena/Neuspešna".
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku Parimača i dostavio svu traženu dokumentaciju, uključujući snimke ekrana plaćanja, detalje transakcije i UTR broj. Tokom istrage, različiti agenti za podršku su me obavestili da će sredstva biti vraćena u roku od tri radna dana. Kasnije, nakon što je tiket za podršku (ID: 104914549) označen kao rešen, obavešten sam da Parimač nije primio depozit i da treba da kontaktiram svoju banku ili provajdera plaćanja.
U vreme ove žalbe:
- 10.000 INR je skinuto sa mog bankovnog računa.
- Depozit nije uplaćen na moj Parimač račun.
- Nije primljen nikakav povraćaj novca.
- Posedujem potvrdu o uplati, UTR broj, snimke ekrana statusa transakcije, razgovore sa podrškom i detalje tiketa.
S poštovanjem molim za pomoć u utvrđivanju gde se sredstva trenutno nalaze i u osiguravanju da se iznos ili uplati na moj Parimač račun ili u potpunosti vrati na moj bankovni račun.
Imejl adresa registrovana na mom Parimač nalogu više nije dostupna, stoga koristim svoju trenutnu Gmail adresu za komunikaciju u vezi sa ovom žalbom.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a missing deposit of INR 10,000 made to my Parimatch account.
On 30 May 2026, I deposited INR 10,000 via SuperMoney UPI. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the transaction receipt and UTR number (651539864291) as proof.
However, the deposit was never credited to my Parimatch account. Initially, the transaction showed as "Processing" and later changed to "Declined/Unsuccessful."
I contacted Parimatch support multiple times and provided all requested documents, including payment screenshots, transaction details, and the UTR number. During the investigation, different support agents informed me that the funds would be refunded within three business days. Later, after the support ticket (ID: 104914549) was marked as resolved, I was informed that Parimatch had not received the deposit and that I should contact my bank or payment provider.
At the time of this complaint:
- INR 10,000 has been deducted from my bank account.
- The deposit has not been credited to my Parimatch account.
- No refund has been received.
- I possess the payment receipt, UTR number, screenshots of the transaction status, support conversations, and the ticket details.
I respectfully request assistance in determining where the funds are currently located and in ensuring that the amount is either credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded to my bank account.
The email registered on my Parimatch account is no longer accessible, therefore I am using my current Gmail address for communication regarding this complaint."
