Pre 6 dana sam pokušao da podnesem zahtev za povlačenje sredstava i video sam da postoji ograničenje na mom računu.
Nakon što sam kontaktirao podršku, zamoljen sam da pošaljem ličnu kartu i selfi na kojem je držim.
Poslao sam im imejl sa traženim dokumentima nekoliko trenutaka nakon razgovora sa agentom za podršku uživo i dobio sam odgovor istog dana (od odeljenja za podršku Parimača) u kojem je rečeno da će obrada trajati do 5 dana.
Prošlo je nešto više od 5 dana, a ja i dalje ne dobijam nikakve novosti od njihovog tima za podršku ili podrške putem ćaskanja uživo.
Priložiću snimke ekrana njihovog početnog odgovora u kojem potvrđuju da su primili pomenute dokumente i automatizovani odgovor koji podrška putem ćaskanja uživo izbacuje svaki put kada im se postavi pitanje o ovom problemu.
6 days ago I tried making a withdrawal request and saw there was a restriction on my account.
After contacting support I was asked to submit my ID card and a selfie holding it.
I sent them an email with the requested documents a few moments after chatting with the live support agent and got an answer the same day (from the parimatch support department) saying it would take up to 5 days to process them.
A little over 5 days have gone by and I'm still getting no updates from their support team or the live chat support.
I will attach screenshots of their initial response acknowledging they have received said documents and the automated answer live chat support spits out every time they are questioned about this issue.
