Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa načinom na koji je Paripesa postupala sa mojim zahtevima za povlačenje sredstava.
Već duže vreme pokušavam da povučem svoja sredstva i već sam podneo četiri zahteva za povlačenje. Sada mi je zatraženo da podnesem peti zahtev za povlačenje, što smatram nerazumnim odlaganjem.
Objašnjenja koja je dao Paripesa bila su nedosledna. U početku mi je rečeno da moje isplate ne mogu biti obrađene zbog „tehničkih problema". Nakon što sam čekao i pratio njihova uputstva, kasnije sam obavešten da ne postoji Skril nalog povezan sa detaljima isplate.
Ovo objašnjenje nema smisla jer sam ranije koristio Neteler i pratio sam uputstva za plaćanje koja mi je dao operater. Razlog odbijanja se stalno menja, a nisam dobio jasno ili dosledno objašnjenje šta zapravo sprečava moju isplatu.
Ono što me najviše brine jeste to što su depoziti prihvaćeni bez ikakvih problema, dok je svaki pokušaj isplate odložen ili odbijen iz različitih razloga. Verujem da operater nepravedno odlaže isplatu mojih sredstava.
S poštovanjem molim da Paripesa pruži jasno objašnjenje za svaki odbijeni zahtev za povlačenje sredstava i da obradi moje povlačenje bez daljih nepotrebnih odlaganja.
I would like to file a complaint regarding Paripesa's handling of my withdrawal requests.
I have been trying to withdraw my funds for an extended period and have already submitted four withdrawal requests. I have now been asked to submit a fifth withdrawal request, which I believe is an unreasonable delay.
The explanations provided by Paripesa have been inconsistent. Initially, I was told that my withdrawals could not be processed because of "technical difficulties." After waiting and following their instructions, I was later informed that there is no Skrill account associated with the withdrawal details.
This explanation does not make sense because I have previously used Neteller and have been following the payment instructions provided by the operator. The reason for rejection keeps changing, and I have not received a clear or consistent explanation of what is actually preventing my withdrawal.
What concerns me most is that deposits were accepted without any issues, while every withdrawal attempt has been delayed or rejected for different reasons. I believe the operator is unfairly delaying payment of my funds.
I respectfully request that Paripesa provide a clear explanation for each rejected withdrawal request and process my withdrawal without further unnecessary delays.
