Dobio sam bonus direktno od mog VIP menadžera putem ćaskanja uživo 10. aprila nakon što sam uplatio 700 dolara.
Bonus mi je prvo poslat imejlom, ali nije funkcionisao, pa sam kontaktirao ćaskanje uživo sa snimkom ekrana.
onda mi je moj VIP menadžer poslao uslove samog bonusa:
Ovo je bonus od 100% sa maksimalnim ograničenjem depozita od 700 CAD, zahtevom za prenos x50, periodom završetka od 72 sata i minimalnim depozitom od 200 CAD.
Nije bilo nikakvog pomena o ograničenju i maksimalnom isplaćenom iznosu.
Na kraju sam uložio puni iznos i igrao igru pod nazivom „Merge Up 2". Moj saldo je bio 11619 dolara, a čim sam završio sa klađenjem, pao je na 3500 dolara.
Ubrzo nakon toga sam kontaktirao podršku uživo i rekli su mi da ne mogu ništa da urade povodom toga.
Sačuvao sam sve razgovore i bonus snimak ekrana. Verujem da je ovo izuzetno obmanjujuće, posebno kada nisu uključili nikakve informacije o ograničenju.

i was given a bonus directly from my vip manager via live chat on april 10th after i deposited 700 dollars.
the bonus was first sent to me by email but it didnt work so i contact live chat with a screenshot of it.
then my vip manager sent me the terms of the bonus itself :
"This is a 100% bonus with a maximum deposit limit of 700 CAD, a x50 rollover requirement, a 72-hour completion period, and a minimum deposit of 200 CAD."
there was NO mention of a cap and maximum cash out at all.
i ended up wagering the full amount and played a game called merge up 2. my balance was at 11619 dollars and as soon as i finished wagering it dropped to 3500 dollars.
i contacted live support shortly after and they said they cant do anything about it .
i saved all of the chats and the bonus screenshot as well. i believe this is extremely misleading , especially when they didnt include any information concerning the cap.
