After I converted the bonus money into real money, I had a balance of €4600.

Then I transferred €4,000 into my account. After a few hours, I checked to see how far the payment had gone.

Then I realized that my entire balance had been deleted.

When I asked, I was initially told that I had apparently placed a bet. I was able to refute that, and then they said I had wagered over €10 within the bonus period.

Nachdem ich das Bonusgeld in Echtgeld umgewandelt habe hatte ich einen Betrag von 4600€ Guthaben.

Dann habe ich 4000 € auf mein konto angewiesen . Nach ein paar Stunden schaute ich wie weit die Zahlung ist .

da stellte ich fest das mein gesammtes Guthaben gelöscht war..

als ich nachfragte sagte man mir erst das ich wohl angeblich eine Wette gemacht hatte . Das habe ich widerlegen können dann hieß es ich hätte innerhalb des bonus über 10 € Einsatz gespielt.

ich habe mir einen Auszug vom Spielverlauf schicken lassen .

da ist keine Übertretung des erlaubten Einsatzes zu finden .

der Support schreibt das ich im recht bin aber die stelle die das Geld auszahlen weigern sich .

ich finde das unglaublich und bitte euch um eure Hilfe

I had to wager the bonus 40 times. I did that too, so it would become real money and then I only used 10 euros because it was already real money...see gameplay
