Zdravo svima, zaista mi je potrebna pomoć u vezi sa problemom koji sam imao na PokerStars.es.
Nekoliko meseci sam igrao slotove sa maksimalnim ograničenjem uloga podešenim na „10". Međutim, sistem je dodao „00" vrednosti, množeći moje gubitke sa 100. U početku nisam shvatio šta se dešava, ali na kraju su gubici postali ogromni.
Posle nekoliko meseci, PokerStars je konačno priznao grešku, potvrdio da je greška na njihovoj strani i čak objavio ažuriranje da bi je ispravio. Uprkos tome, vratili su mi samo 196 evra, što je apsolutno smešno s obzirom na to da sam gubio oko 500 evra mesečno tokom 4 meseca zbog ove greške.
Ne razumem kako su mogli da procene tako mali povraćaj novca. Imaju kompletne sistemske evidencije — mogu tačno da vide kada je problem počeo, koliko je trajao i koliko sam zapravo izgubio zbog njihove greške. Priznali su odgovornost, pa zašto je nadoknada tako niska?
Samo želim pravičnu nadoknadu za gubitke nastale zbog njihovog kvara.
Imam video dokaze koji jasno pokazuju problem, i već sam poslao te video zapise PokerStarsu. Ne mogu ih otpremiti ovde jer su datoteke prevelike, ali mogu ih podeliti putem linka na Gugl disku ako je potrebno.
Moje korisničko ime na PokerStarsu je simutrevenge, i prilažem snimak ekrana gde PokerStars priznaje grešku.
4 meseca bube za njih je povremeno.
Mogu samo da provere moje limite za bezbednu igru da bi se uverili da se ovo dešava 4 meseca.

Hi everyone, I really need some help with an issue I experienced on PokerStars.es.
For several months, I was playing slots with a maximum bet limit set to "10". However, the system was adding "00" to the value, multiplying my losses by 100. I didn’t realize what was happening at first, but eventually the losses became huge.
After months, PokerStars finally admitted the fault, acknowledged that it was a bug on their side, and even released an update to fix it. Despite this, they only refunded me €196, which is absolutely ridiculous considering I was losing around €500 per month for 4 months because of this error.
I don’t understand how they could estimate such a small refund. They have full system records — they can see exactly when the problem started, how long it lasted, and how much I actually lost because of their bug. They admitted responsibility, so why is the compensation so low?
I just want a fair refund for the losses caused by their malfunction.
I have video evidence clearly showing the issue, and I already sent those videos to PokerStars. I can’t upload them here because the files are too large, but I can share them through a Google Drive link if needed.
